Cinfra Development collects the following data via the Cinfra.eu website contact form:
- First and last name
- Company name
- Telephone number (optional)
- email address
How will we use your data?
The data you enter on the contact form is used to create an email which is sent to an internal Cinfra email address. The information is not processed in any other way, transmitted to any other recipient, or retained on the website.
The information is used only to start the conversation. Any further use of your personal data will be ONLY after agreement between all parties, in order to conclude contracts and continue working relationships.
How do we store your data?
Cinfra Development securely stores your data on password protected computers, servers and email systems.
If no contractual agreements are reached, Cinfra Development will request your permission to retain the data for up to 1 year, to facilitate future dialog. If you do not agree, Cinfra Development will erase your personal data immediately.
If contractual agreements are reached, then Cinfra Development may be legally bound to retain your personal data as obliged by law.
Cinfra Development will not send you marketing materials without your express consent.
